Nadiah Thayyarah, said that Gog and Magog that mentioned at QS.Al-Kahf: 83-98, are two tribes who love attack oppresed tribes. And , Dhulqarnayn , must make wall for bound them. Ibn Kathir, interpreted Gog and Magog is descedant from Yafeth ibn Nuh, son from Propeth Nuh Alaihissalam. And, they are Mongols. According Ibn Kathir, when Dhulqarnayn make wall for bound them, one group from them who dont doing destroyed, not bounded by Dhulqarnayn. According Ibn Kathir, Dhulqarnanyn make wall for bound Gog and Magog because request from Turkishs at this area. If true, that Turkishs at this area ask Dhulqarnayn s aid, such as written by Ibn Kathir, maybe Turkishs that written by Ibn Kathir, refer to Khazarians, one Turkish Tribes who ruled Caucasus . And, Khazarians at Middle Age ( circa 10 TH Century) was adherent Judaism as religion.

According Islamic Tradition,  before day of apocalypse, Gog and Magog will out from Dhulqarnayn s wall and they doing slaughtered to people at earth. And, they out after Propeth Isa Alaihissalam down to earth, that according Islamic  s faith, will down with his body and spirit.

Unpopular opinion, such as write by Juan Cole, said that Dhulqarnayn with Gog and Magog, originally illustrated political conflict at Propeth Muhammad Shallahu Alaihi Wasallam s era, 7 TH Century.
