Last Siege Of Vienna, became Ottoman biggest failed at their expansion at Europe. According Historian  Tamim Ansary, this event became stop point from Ottoman expansion at Europe. This event, started by Ottoman Sultan, Mehmed IV ( ruled 1648-1687 AD) expand Europe. At 1658 AD, King Of Transilvania at Hungary, Rakochi II, make alliance with Sweden for captured Poland from Ottoman Empire. At same year, Ottoman Commander, Koprulu Mehmed Pasha can annexed Castle Of Yanova and Ottoman Army, can defeat Rakochi II.  At 1659 AD, Ottoman Army can defeated Russian Empire at Battle Of Konotoppada, that according Ottoman  Historian  Prof.DR Mehmet Maksudoglu, Russian Army lost of 120.000 peoples. 

At 1666 AD, Ottoman Army can conquer Castle Of Zenrivar from Kingdom Of Austria and Ottoman Army, at 1669 AD, also can conquer Island Of Crete from Republic Of Venice that helped by Knight Of ST.John ( Hospitaller) and at 1672 A, Mehmed IV attack Poland and at 1681 AD, conquer Fortress Of Chehrin from Russian Army.

At 1683 AD, Ottoman Empire want attack most important fortress-city at Austria, Vienna.  Ottoman Commander, Kara Mustafa Pasha to occupied Vienna.  Ottoman Army helped by Crimean Cavalry and they  can captured 40.000 Germany. Pope Innocent XI, ask European Kings to attack Ottoman Army. King Jan Sobyeski, collect army from Portuguese, Spanishs, and also Polishs for faced Ottoman Army. Ottoman  Army under Mustafa Pasha besieged Vienna. They besieged Vienna for 50 years and they must walk for 15-20 hours to find grass for their horses. Kara Mustafa, doesnt served water and grass for their horse.  Many Ottoman Army , along siege, drunk and doing adultery.

According Islamic Research and History Team Of Egypt,  Sobyeski lead army that collected from German, Saxony, and Bavaria. Ottoman Army fight againt European Coalition that lead by Sobyeski, but Ottoman Army defeated and they must retreat from Vienna.

According Prof.DR.Mehmet Maksudoglu,  Kingdom Of France provocated Kara Mustafa to attack Vienna and leaved his allies, Kara Mustafa. King Of France, Louis XIV used Kara Mustafa s raids to Vienna, Austria that occupied by Habsburg Dynasty to attack Holland and Spain that also under Habsburg Dynasty. 

Because this, as 1687 AD, Mehmed IV ousted by Ottoman Army. They appointed Sulayman II ( ruled 1687-1691 AD). After this, Ottoman expansion at Europe stopped and at 1688 AD, Kingdom Of Austria can besieged Erdel, Belgrade, Uyvar, and Egri from Ottoman Empire. 

According Prof.DR.Mehmet Maksudoglu,  after this age, Ottoman Empire suffered retrogression. At 1699 AD, Ottoman Empire suffered retrogression  age ( 1699-1922 AD). It is became beginning from ruin of Ottoman Empire , such as said by Prof.DR.Mehmet Maksudoglu and also Tamim Ansary.
