This book, tell, Sunan Ampel born at Champa/Kamboja at 1401 AD.  This book explain Sunan Ampel s genealogy from several manuscripts, such as manuscript of Nagarakretabhumi from Cirebon that  believed written at 1695 AD. Writters, tell , when Sunan Ampel ( originally name Ali Rahmatullah) achieve 20 years old, he invited by his father, Ibrahim al-Asmar, to visit  Hindu Kingdom Of Majapahit at East Java under King Brawijaya V, and he preach at Java , also marry Nyai Ageng Manila, daughter from Duke Of Tuban.  When stay at Surabaya, that under Majapahit s reign, he get land at Ampeldenta, Surabaya.  Sunan Ampel, can Islamized 300 families at Ampeldenta.  This book discuss Southeast Asia before Islam, Islamization Of Southeast Asia, Sunan Ampel s biography and his role at Islamizing East Java, Sunan Ampel s preach method, until Sunan Ampel s heritage. 

Sunan Ampel, according writters ,used local terms for Islamic terms to help his preach. Example, name of Islamic Prayer, Shalat, replaced by local language,sembahyang, for help local people understanding it and title for people who mastered Islamic Holy Book aka Koran are Santri, imitated Shastri, Hindu terms for Hindu s religion expert. And, this book also recorded Sunan Ampel s heritage, included Ampeldenta complect (Mausolueum Of Sunan Ampel and Sunan Ampel s mosque at Ampeldenta, Surabaya). And, it is became plus value from this book.

But, this book also have minus value. Such as mentioned Brawijaya V as one king at Majapahit, one name that dont have strong historical sources, according Historian Heri Purwanto and Slamet Muljana. Updated research about end from Kingdom Of Majapahit and who last King Of Majapahit, can  readed at Pemugaran Persada Sejarah Leluhur Majapahit by Slamet Muljana and Pararaton: Biografi Para Raja Singhasari Majapahit by Heri Purwanto. They are important for understanding end of Majapahit, Sunan Ampel s life age.
