After die of Ulugh Beg, Ulugh Beg s observatory destroyed and Ali Qushchi moved to Istanbul, Ottoman Empire New Capital and he received by Ottoman Sultan at this age, Mehmed II al-Fatih ( ruled 1451-1481 AD). At Istanbul, Ali next his carrier as teacher and researcher. According Ahmet Kuru, Mehmed II popular as ruler who protect scholars. Mehmed II also interest with European Art. He invited Italian Painter, Bellini to make his self s portrait. Mehmed II, also love philosophy. He invited several scholars to copy from philosophy s book, such as Book that written by Hocazade.
According Kuru, Ottoman Sultans after Mehmed II dont have interest to philosophy, art, and also science.
